Dear Livingston Rotarians,

For the rest of September, please plan on attending meetings outdoors.  Unfortunately, COVID19 has continued to affect Montana.  As we proceed into fall and winter, we must be flexibile in the ways we work as a club (and as individuals) to safely live up to our motto,  "Service Above Self".

Our last couple meetings have been devoted to service projects.  In August, we met at Michael's home and constructed components for 3 hand washing stations to be placed around town.  Last Tuesday, started our pen-pal initiative and wrote birthday cards to seniors at Livingston Senior Center, Caslen Assisted Living, and residents in Counterpoint group homes.  We may have missed a number of other facilities, so we welcome your suggestions on who else to include for this project.

Alice and her extended family have been dedicated stewards of the Can Barn at Albertson's, however it's time for other members to step up and help! The calendar on livingstonrotaryclub.org is updated with Can Duty teams, and we'll also remind folks when sending out our meeting reminders.

Meetings will continue on an every-other week schedule.  As always, we welcome your suggestions for projects and meeting ideas.  Wishing you a safe and socially distanced Labor Day Weekend!
